On August 21st 2021 House of Glory Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lagos Nigeria became an associate member of the Confessional Orthodox Evangelical Lutheran Communion. This meant that House of Glory was in the process of joining the COELC and for the time being was under their spiritual care but did not yet participate in full Church Fellowship.
On January 7th 2024 House of Glory was officially welcomed into the COELC as a full member congregation.
